Is there car parking at the clinic location?

  • Yes, there is ample parking approximately 60 metres from the clinic. 

What should I wear?

  • To assess your upper body/ back you may be required to remove your top layer of clothing (a vest top is fine for women).
  • If your lower limb is being treated then please wear clothing that allows access the injured site, such as shorts.

What age range of patients do you treat?

  • We treat adolescents to seniors. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring someone with me?

  • You are more than welcome to have someone chaperone you during your appointment. In some cases, a chaperone is compulsory, such as for children under 18 years.

Can I have physiotherapy during pregnancy?

  • Physiotherapy is safe and beneficial during pregnancy, offering relief from pain and discomfort caused by the physical changes of pregnancy. It can help manage conditions like pelvic girdle pain, back pain. 

When are cancellation fees charged?

  • A fee will be charged if you don't attend an appointment without notice or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice (excluding weekends). 
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total session cost. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a full (100%) non-attendance fee.

 

How many sessions will I need?

  • Your physiotherapy treatment is tailored to your individual needs, so it's not possible to advise in advance exactly how many sessions will be required. On average it takes people around 5 sessions to achieve their anticipated results. However, some chronic cases find great value in having regular maintenance treatment. At your first appointment, your physiotherapist can suggest the number of sessions you'll need based on your assessment findings.
    You can be assured that you won't be over or under-treated.

 

What payments do you accept?

  • We accept cash and card payments. 
  • This service is for self paying customers only. We do not work with any insurance companies.
