With nearly two decades of experience in elite sport, I provide specialised physiotherapy tailored to the unique demands of high-performance athletes. My career has included extensive work in endurance motorsport and six seasons with the multi–world championship-winning Mercedes-AMG Formula One Team -as well as supporting athletes in rowing, rugby, football, golf, polo, and the military.

My roles have taken me across the globe, providing on-the-road care and rehabilitation during both domestic and international travel. I understand the challenges of maintaining performance and managing recovery while on tour or in competition settings. 

My approach is built on years of experience working within high-performance sports teams, where I’ve collaborated closely with doctors, strength and conditioning coaches, nutritionists, sports scientists, analysts, and coaches. This integrated approach ensures every aspect of an athlete’s health and performance is considered.

As a qualified physiotherapist prescriber, I can support athletes with minor illness management and with training in trauma management and pre-hospital emergency care, I’m equipped to respond promptly and appropriately in high-pressure environments, offering peace of mind during training camps, competitions, or travel.
